Measurement
Measurement was a fun chapter! They used many non standard units to measure different objects in our classroom. They used cubes, baby feet, and basketball player feet. They had to record their data. It was so cute to see them working together to measure and record.

Flat Stanley!!
We have got 7 Flat Stanley’s in the mail. The farthest one so far is from Bagdad, Iraq (6,000 + miles). We used the globe to show that one in comparison to Florida. They have enjoyed using the compass rose to tell what directions the Stanley’s came from. They loved mapping it all out.
I see N's aunt sent back his flat stanley! YAY! I love how he's cheesin' for the camera too when eating that watermelon, like he's never had any, LOL.
